Project Manager for ERP and CRM Integration

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the integration of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth through effective project management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ERP, CRM, and COTS system integration projects from initiation to delivery
  • Connect multiple platforms through custom build and integration work
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments where clear communication is key
  • Develop and implement project plans, adapting approaches as needed to achieve goals
  • Ensure timely delivery in high-pressure situations with shifting priorities
  • Build trust and hold team members accountable, making informed decisions in uncertain environments

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Senior PM delivering complex integration projects
  • Proven track record with ERP & CRM integrations, COTS, and custom builds
  • Experience connecting systems across multiple business functions
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments with ambiguous requirements
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire delivery focus and hold team members accountable
  • Willingness to be onsite in Melbourne 4 days/week, with travel to Perth as required
