We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Dynamics CRM Developer.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing support and development of MS Dynamics 365 CRM and other administration systems by integrating and expanding applications through customisation, so they perform all the functions for which they were designed with integrity, efficiency, and reliability, and that they operate with optimal availability to users.
This fixed-term opportunity has been created to extend the team as they deliver a strategic project to transform applications, utilising MS Dynamics and Power Pages as the platform of choice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational support and troubleshooting of complex technical issues within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
- Implement, administer, configure, secure, and enhance solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM with external systems.
- Design skills and a high level of expertise in complex systems analysis and design for development of solutions, consistent with business requirements.
- Read, contribute to, and produce accurate and relevant documentation and code commenting in accordance with established technical standards.
- Degree in Information Technology with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience in programming or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.
- Demonstrated experience providing operational support and troubleshooting of complex technical issues within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
- Demonstrated experience implementing, administering, configuring, securing, and enhancing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM with external systems.
