About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to join our team as an APS 4 Level Assurance Review Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of participant plans through assurance checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assurance Checks: Conduct thorough assurance checks on participant plans to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational and administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing email inboxes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Planning Decisions: Review and manage planning decisions in line with legislation, ensuring that all decisions are made in accordance with established policies and procedures.
