As an APS4 Level Assurance Planning Officer based in Deakin ACT, you will be part of a dedicated team tasked with ensuring the quality and consistency of participant plans through assurance checks.
You will apply established policies and procedures to support the workforce capability and reform initiatives. Additionally, you'll engage with a range of stakeholders, schedule appointments, and contribute to high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assurance checks on participant plans
  • Providing operational and administrative support
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organising team email inbox and scheduling appointments
  • Reviewing and managing planning decisions in line with legislation

About You:
You are an experienced and proactive professional who thrives in a team environment while being able to work independently. You have a strong focus on delivering quality outcomes and possess the following skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent data literacy and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to synthesise legislation and policy
  • Strong IT proficiency and experience with databases
  • Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills

Desirable:

  • Understanding of the disability sector is a plus.
