As the Future Giving Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Institute's mission by providing exceptional supporter care to donors engaged with Gifts in Wills and mid-value donor programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized high-level care to supporters via phone, email, and mail – every conversation is a relationship-building opportunity.
  • Assist in managing bequest programs, including sending information packs, birthday cards, thank you notes, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM and support seamless data entry, list preparation, and mail merges.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure outstanding donor journeys.
  • Support engagement activities like morning teas, tours, and events for current and prospective donors.
  • Contribute to planning, reporting, and continuous improvement of donor stewardship initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in fundraising, supporter care, or philanthropy.
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident using CRMs and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
