Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements:
- Year 12 or equivalent qualification
- 2–3 years' experience in a front-facing customer service or sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
