Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a customer service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support. This includes answering questions about products, processing transactions, and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

As a customer service representative, you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, processing inventory, and performing other tasks as assigned by management.
