Highly Skilled Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
About the RoleYour primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and occasional outbound calls, providing timely and accurate assistance to customers with their everyday banking enquiries. This will involve arranging payments, updating account details, issuing statements, and changing PINs. Over time, you will manage more critical issues such as replacing lost cards and resolving unauthorized transactions.
Main Responsibilities- Inbound and some outbound calls
- Escalate and resolve complaints
- General inquiries
- Stopping and reissuing lost and stolen cards
- Lodge a dispute for any unauthorized transaction
- Document all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures
