**Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
