Compassionate Care Provider Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care provider to join our team at Trinder Park Aged Care in Logan City.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about elder care and customer-focused clinical care.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing person-centred care to our residents with dignity and respect. This involves:

  • Providing comprehensive evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Performing comprehensive nursing assessments, developing and implementing plans of care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, and evaluating patient care outcomes.
  • Exercising sound clinical judgement, critical thinking and ethical decision making in the delivery and evaluation of care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AHPRA (unrestricted) Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in using aged care software solutions.
  • A passion for elder care and a strong advocate for providing customer-focused clinical care.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-developed skills in group facilitation as well as working one-on-one.
  • Full work rights within Australia.
