Job Role Overview

This key position focuses on enhancing operational efficiency by coordinating schedules, managing customer interactions, and supporting service operations.

The Service Scheduler will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling all Planned Maintenance activities monthly, allocating work to resources, and prioritizing safety, compliance, and customer requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate schedules for technicians to ensure efficient delivery of services and minimize downtime.
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders about appointment details, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  • Monitor technician progress, update records in ServiceMax, and manage revisits to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Field and State Service Managers to review performance, identify training needs, and document non-standard events.
  • Support internal teams, handle administrative tasks, and prepare maintenance reports as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Administrative or scheduling experience with a field-based workforce.
  • Customer service or dispatch/scheduling background.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy, preferably with service software (e.g., ServiceMax).
  • Excellent customer etiquette and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
