About this OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to enhance and streamline our support services that underpin our world-class research. The ideal candidate will deliver analytical insights and practical recommendations to improve research support processes, facilitate workshops and consultations to co-design solutions with stakeholders, lead change initiatives with effective communication and stakeholder engagement, apply best practice methodologies to drive continuous improvement aligned with our strategic goals, and monitor and adapt processes to ensure long-term efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications and ExperienceThe successful applicant will possess qualifications and experience ideally in process improvement, business analysis, or research administration. Proven ability to engage stakeholders and lead process reviews and change initiatives is also essential. Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills are required, along with proficiency in process mapping tools, Microsoft Office, and relevant systems. A collaborative mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach are necessary for success in this role.

A high level of academic achievement, combined with relevant work experience, particularly in process improvement, business analysis, or research administration. Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills, and proficiency in process mapping tools, Microsoft Office, and relevant systems.
