Senior Marketing Technology Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in configuring, integrating and optimizing marketing platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless connections between systems, driving personalized customer experiences and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee complex projects from conception to completion, coordinating with various teams.
  • Provide technical support to digital marketing teams, agencies and vendors, guaranteeing best practices are met.
  • Design and implement repeatable processes to enhance marketing operations and client experience.
  • Establish and maintain CRMs to integrate with other digital marketing solutions, driving revenue growth and optimization.
  • Conduct research and gather documentation for new CRM and MarTech initiatives, translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience using marketing automation, CRM and data integration tools.
  • Mortgage experience with a solid understanding of mortgage processes and terminology preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills.
  • Knowledge in APIs, integrations and data flow between systems.
