Job Title: Town Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Town Planner to join our Land Management team on the Gold Coast.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing professional to play a key role in helping us achieve our vision of creating a single integrated network accessible to everyone.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in providing specialist town planning and development assessment advice
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practice of Planning Policy in accordance with Town Planning legislation, processes and policies
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain and manage effective liaison with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work within strict deadlines

To be considered for this role, you must have relevant qualifications and experience in town planning. A degree in Urban Planning or a related field is essential.
