Land Development Graduate Role

As a graduate civil engineer, you will play a key role in delivering sustainable solutions for urban development and land regeneration projects. Our team focuses on general civil engineering with a strong emphasis on urban development/land development for residential, industrial, regeneration, and urban infill projects.

You will work on major estate and subdivision projects, including earthwork, grading, pavement, and drainage design from concept through to detailed design. You will learn from long-tenured leaders and benefit from mentorship to grow with the team on a variety of projects.

  • Be part of state-based Graduate Groups offering mentorship, networking, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Joining our Urban Development & Regeneration team, you will gain exposure to general civil engineering with a strong focus on urban development/land development for residential, industrial, regeneration, and urban infill projects. You will work on major estate and subdivision projects, including earthwork, grading, pavement, and drainage design from concept through to detailed design.

Qualification and Experience:
