About the Opportunity

Deliver culturally safe and responsive primary health care as a Nurse Practitioner at an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service.

Lead advanced clinical care services within the primary healthcare clinic, working collaboratively across departments and multidisciplinary teams.

Manage recalls, reminders, and follow-up care processes, participating in quality improvement activities and clinical audits.

About You

To qualify, you must hold current AHPRA registration with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner, along with demonstrated experience in a primary healthcare setting.

Demonstrated experience working in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services is desirable, as is clinical expertise in triage, treatment, and ongoing care management.

Cultural humility and a willingness to learn in an Aboriginal health context are essential, along with a collaborative approach and ability to adapt to a diverse service environment.
