Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Clinician to provide high-level clinical leadership across various programs, including Social and Emotional Wellbeing, Family and Domestic Violence, NDIS, Aged Care, and Primary Health Care.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead complex case management, coordinate and facilitate multidisciplinary case reviews, provide clinical supervision, debriefing, and reflective practice for staff.

This role plays a key part in clinical governance, quality improvement, and embedding culturally safe, trauma-informed practice across services.

Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in social work or psychology is required.

Desired skills and experience include:

  • Clinical expertise in complex case management
  • Facilitating multidisciplinary case reviews, clinical supervision, and debriefing
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality, and safety
  • Able to work in a trauma-informed and culturally safe way with Aboriginal people, families, and communities

Additional requirements include collaboration and communication skills, meeting employment requirements, and holding necessary clearances and licences.
