Primary Health Care Provider

The position is for a highly skilled Primary Health Care Provider to deliver comprehensive primary health care services in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Provide clinical primary health care services at remote clinic sites and headspace Broome, encompassing emergency care and telehealth clinics.
  • Pursue quality assurance initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of clinical practices.
  • SUPERVISE AND MENTOR General Practice Registrars and junior medical staff, fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Engage with community health programs and contribute to clinical leadership within the organisation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of Aboriginal culture, and effective communication skills with Aboriginal people.
