We are seeking talented professionals to join our Rehabilitation team in a flexible hybrid working environment.

Our team delivers best-in-industry workplace rehabilitation, injury management and wellbeing services across all personal injury schemes.

As a key member of the team, you'll guide injured clients through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.

  • Actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care.
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders so you can work through challenges and achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
  • Conduct a range of vocational and non-vocational assessments.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued.

You will enjoy autonomy in working a mix of on-site, in the office, and from home (if you choose).

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • Qualifications as either an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist.
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (or access one of the vehicle perks).

Key qualities include:

  • Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation (desirable, not essential).
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to empower clients in their recovery journey.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
