About Energy Solutions:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Negotiator to join our team. As a Contract Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our business by negotiating and delivering complex contracts that enable the deployment of our energy storage solutions.

  • Negotiate and deliver complex EPC contracts, service agreements, and supply contracts that support the deployment of our BESS solutions.
  • Lead negotiations on high-value construction, services, equipment sales, subcontracts, and procurement agreements across Australia and Asia.
  • Serve as a key interface between technical, commercial, and legal teams—translating business priorities into robust contracts.
  • Support the full project lifecycle—from preparing commercial offers and RFP responses to contract close-out and project delivery.
  • Contribute to our global contract strategy through the development and refinement of contract templates and risk standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced contract professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic industry. You will be based in Sydney or Melbourne, with some regular business travel expected.
