Mars, in its pursuit of becoming a leader in the snacking industry, is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Finance Director to join its ANZ team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for finance professionals who are passionate about making a difference in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Company Overview: Mars has agreed to acquire Kellanova, shaping the future of snacking. The transaction is anticipated to close within the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. The companies remain separate until closing.

Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary range of AU$180,000 - AU$220,000 per annum, depending on experience. Your total rewards package will include benefits such as health insurance, superannuation, and generous annual leave.

About the Role: As Strategic Supply Chain Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing financial support to the ANZ Supply Chain function. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Leadership Team to ensure that financial submissions, forecasting, and corporate strategic plans are delivered on time and meet business requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Supply Chain inputs to our annual corporate strategy, budgets, and monthly forecasts.
  • Ensure the Supply Chain team receives visibility and sound interpretation of financial data to inform their decisions.
  • Allocate and approve budgets to areas based on a balanced view across the Supply Chain Scorecard.
  • Contribute to the leadership of the local finance function by delivering sound financial information.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing manufacturing/logistics finance teams. You must be CA/CPA qualified and possess strong technical skills when it comes to costing, CAPEX, and factory expenses. Experience working within the FMCG industry is essential, along with excellent business partnering and communication skills.
