Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in inbound phone and email sales, with a proven track record of success.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to grow and develop our relationships with existing Accounting & Bookkeeping Partners.

  1. Maintain effective territory management through categorisation and prioritisation of all new and existing Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners.
  2. Identify sales opportunities to build a sales pipeline.
  3. Prioritise and manage your day to optimise calling time to meet monthly sales and call targets.
  4. Run and present at Xero sales events and drive partner attendance to these events.

  • Proven sales performance with a strong ability to create quick and strong rapport with partners over the phone.
  • A process-driven mindset and ability to take ownership.
  • A go-getter mentality with loads of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Accounting product knowledge and understanding of the workings of an accounting practice.
  • Experience with managing long term client relationships.
