Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary package of $58 per hour, plus superannuation, ensuring our employees receive fair compensation for their skills and expertise.

About the Position

This is an identified position within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, aiming to support career growth and development. The successful candidate will lead extraction, analysis, interpretation, and reporting on data from external and internal sources, informing service delivery planning and client outcomes measurement.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough data mining, profiling, and analysis to inform service delivery practice and outcomes, facilitating organisational continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain core internal and external data sets to meet the analysis and reporting needs of the organisation.
  • Implement proactive initiatives to identify issues with data quality and consistency, ensuring usability for analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare project-related documents for stakeholders, including status updates, reports, budgets, and discussion papers.
  • Provide evidence-based advice and reports to business unit leaders, Directors, and Executives to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Support performance monitoring and reporting governance processes for FACS, improving efficiency and consistency.

  • Cleared Police Check (recent or organised by Karlka Recruiting Group)
  • Two professional Reference Checks
  • Driver's License is mandatory
