Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Tax Leadership professional to lead our global tax function. As the Head of Tax, you will be responsible for ensuring global compliance and delivering strategic value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tax governance frameworks across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Manage tax risk and collaborate with auditors and tax authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide expert advisory support on international business transactions, including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
  • Monitor international tax developments and stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation of all tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
