Senior Tax Leadership OpportunityAbout the Role

As a Senior Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in our accounting team. You will oversee end-to-end processes and collaborate with international teams to provide strategic advice on tax planning and asset structuring for high-net-worth clients.

  • Lead accounting processes for high-net-worth family clients, ensuring compliance with Australian and international reporting standards.
  • Review financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory filings, liaising with stakeholders.
  • Deliver strategic advice on tax planning, asset structuring, and wealth preservation for each client's unique needs.
  • Partner with investment, legal, and estate planning teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.
  • Mentor and manage a team of accountants, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Drive improvements in processes, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
Key Qualifications
  • CA/CPA qualified with extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting.
  • Strong background in managing complex financial affairs for high-net-worth individuals or family offices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian taxation and an understanding of international tax considerations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and empowering teams.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-focused.
