We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and steer the company toward continued success.Position Summary:The CFO will play a key role in overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the fiscal health of our multi-faceted organization.
This individual will be an advisor to the executive leadership team, working closely with the Board of Directors to provide strategic insights, financial oversight, and guidance on decision-making in a complex, evolving business structure.Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and the strategic vision for the company.
Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems, providing timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Provide strategic guidance on cash flow management, working capital optimization, and capital expenditures to ensure sustainable growth.
Oversee risk management, compliance, and tax planning for the organization's complex structure, including any family-held assets, trusts, or related entities.
Collaborate with the board and senior executives to guide key financial and business decisions.
Support and enhance the organizational structure to streamline operations, ensuring financial controls and reporting processes are efficient, accurate, and scalable.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure adherence to accounting principles and financial regulations, maintaining transparency with all stakeholders.
Qualifications: CPA preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally with exposure to complex, family-owned businesses or multi-entity structures.
Proven expertise in managing the finances of medium-sized businesses, with a deep understanding of complex financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders, including family members.
