Job Description:
  • Create and execute strategic plans to optimize integrations and provide technical support to partners.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of DSP partnerships in APAC from onboarding to integration.
  • Act as the main point of contact for technical support, resolving issues and escalating problems when necessary.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with commercial counterparts and engage in tickets and threads as required to complete tasks.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives with commercial stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Manager, or similar role in the programmatic space.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.
  • Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
