About the Role at Tyro

As a key member of the Direct Sales & Martech Lead team, you will drive leads and applications through owned and non-paid channels. Your primary focus will be on creating and managing content, campaigns, and assets across digital platforms to boost Tyro's organic search performance and market position.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive leads, applications, and revenue through organic search, content, and media channels, aligning with business goals.
  • Create and manage SEO optimised digital content (long-form, video, blogs) for the finance and payments industry, ensuring content addresses key audience pain points and trends.
  • Explore and implement new digital marketing channels (e.g., video, social media, webinars) to expand reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to improve SEO, oversee content creation, and optimise web and paid media performance.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to refine strategies and meet growth targets.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Digital Marketing, with expertise in organic channels and content creation.
  • Skillful in writing and researching web content, experience in finance or payments sector is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Experienced in producing digital assets within a CMS and optimising them for performance.
  • Proficient across a range of marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, Programmatic, and CRO.
  • Well-versed in using tracking tools like Tag Manager, Analytics, and third-party platforms, with strong project management and organisational abilities.
Salary Range:

A competitive salary of approximately AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
