Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Coordinator to join our HR team. This is a dynamic in-house recruitment role that combines high-volume hiring activity with strategic talent planning.

This position involves driving the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing unique candidates to scheduling interviews to interviewing candidates – all while playing a critical role in shaping workforce capability through skills gap analysis and planning.

Experience in workforce planning and full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the IT sector, is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable workforce insights are also essential.
