Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team in a Commercial Assessing Coordinator role.

In this position, you will play a critical role in assessing and managing claims, providing exceptional customer service and support to stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating assessments, allocating tasks, and managing costs, as well as identifying risks and communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assessment and Claims Management
  2. Coordinate and oversee assessment processes, ensuring accurate allocation of tasks and efficient management of claims.
  3. Identify and communicate risks or sensitive claims to ensure appropriate assessor allocation.
  4. Manage claim costs, negotiate settlements, and identify opportunities for recovery.

Customer Service and Relationship Management

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inbound and outbound calls and emails related to Commercial Motor Claims.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of claim progress and provide regular updates.
  • Prepare correspondence and handle issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
