Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Claims Professional to manage a portfolio of property claims and provide proactive support for successful outcomes through strong client advocacy and claims management.

This role focuses on the end-to-end management of a wide range of general property claims within commercial and domestic spaces. As a key member of the claims team, you will proactively manage your portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims while maintaining high standards of client service.

About The Role:
  • End-to-end management of domestic property claims with a focus on process efficiency and service excellence.
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, underwriters, loss adjusters, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to claims reporting and dispute resolution, providing clear and concise analysis and recommendations.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to support clients throughout the claims journey, ensuring seamless coordination and timely resolution.
  • Support the broader claims team and Claims Manager in achieving national claims outcomes, driving business growth and improvement.
About You:
  • You have experience managing end-to-end claims, specifically within domestic property, with a strong understanding of process, service standards, and achieving the best outcome for clients.
  • You are a clear communicator who builds strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Organised, collaborative, and proactive, you thrive in a team environment and are not afraid to lend a hand or ask for support when needed.
