Claims Consultant Specialist

We are seeking a Claims Consultant Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Claims team, you will be responsible for managing motor fleet claim files, including claims assessment, investigation, and resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage motor fleet claim files, including claims assessment, investigation, and resolution.
- Liaise with clients, claimants, and service providers.
- Provide analysis of claims as required.
- Prepare necessary correspondence to advance/resolve claims.
- Regularly review and update claims information as required.
- Motor claims management experience is highly desirable.
- Advanced Excel and Word skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including oral and written.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Highly demonstrated team ethic, orientation and awareness.
- Ability to be a self-starter and be self-motivated.
- Ability to produce a high standard of work, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
