Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the end-to-end claims process, including setting reserves, authorising payments, within authority levels and according to SLAs.
- Ensure timely customer updates while negotiating options and escalating when required throughout the duration of the claim.
- Adhere to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Respond promptly to all claims in accordance with Company standards and SLA requirements.
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices by participating in relevant business forums and working groups.
