
Clinical Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to assist individuals in their recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness.
- Conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios, supporting people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge.
- Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality assessment and case management services
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (with relevant professional membership)
- Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
