Your focus will be on delivering effective solutions for your clients, which can be achieved through various means such as teleconference, employer visits, worksite meetings, client visits, or phone calls.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Conducting functional capacity evaluations to assess client capabilities
- Performing worksite assessments to identify suitable tasks for clients to complete and facilitate their return-to-work goals
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals through case conferencing to ensure comprehensive care
- Organizing rehabilitation activities for clients, including Pilates, Hydrotherapy, etc.
- Reviewing and analyzing medical reports, such as MRIs and X-Rays
