About the Role

The City of Cockburn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Officer to join our Property Services Team. This is a fixed-term contract position that will be responsible for the management of the Naval Base Shacks leases and onsite amenities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage lease documentation and monitor compliance with lease obligations
  • Administer the City's operational and capital works program activities at the Reserve
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the management of the Naval Base Shacks
  • Provide excellent customer service to Shack owners and visitors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a background in Project Management, Facility Management or Property Management, with experience in stakeholder management, budget management, contract/lease management and interpretation, and statutory compliance. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
