Operate Heavy Machinery with a Dynamic Team

The role of a Machine Operator is an exciting opportunity for individuals to work on dynamic projects. As a Machine Operator, you will be working closely with our long-standing client to support the delivery of pipeline and lease construction projects across various locations.

You will have the chance to contribute to mechanical construction, assist with civil works, and operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, skid steers, and excavators.

  • Mechanical Operators: Contribute to mechanical construction of lease builds and beam pumps
  • Assist the ground crew with mechanical works
  • Operate a Backhoe, Skid Steer and Franna
  • Conduct general civil earthworks
  • Flowline Operators: Operate Excavators, Graders and Backhoes
  • Conduct trenching and backfill (>400m/day)
  • Conduct bellhole excavations
  • Lift & lower pipe with an excavator
  • Conduct grading operations and road maintenance (>1km/day)
  • Assist the ground crew with mechanical & civil works
About You
  • Mechanical Operators: Open Manual Driver's Licence (HR desirable); Construction White Card; Backhoe machine ticket; Skid Steer machine ticket (desirable); HRWL CN (C6 desirable); Forklift ticket (desirable); High regard for safety; Ability to communicate at all levels and work as part of a small crew
  • Flowline Operators: Prior operating experience in a FIFO capacity (Oil & Gas desirable); Current Open Manual Driver's Licence (HR desirable); Excavator ticket; Vaclift and trenching experience; Grader ticket (desirable) with grading experience (>1km/day); Backhoe ticket (desirable); Forklift ticket (desirable); High regard for safety; Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
