Project Coordinator/Business Analyst

A challenging and dynamic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Project Coordinator/Business Analyst to drive cross-functional teams towards successful project outcomes.

About the Role

This key role requires delivering critical IT infrastructure and application projects that support operations across the APAC region. Responsibilities include:

  • Daily coordination of projects, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, gather needs, document requirements, and map out business/system processes
  • Driving the planning process from defining scope and deliverables to creating schedules and managing risk
  • Collaborating with cross-functional and global teams and external vendors to successfully support and deliver key projects
  • Supporting testing of new systems and processes
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication across multiple teams, time zones, and cultures

Key requirements for this role include 2-3 years' experience in a similar position, Prince II Practitioner or Agile Practitioner certification, previous work experience in international environments, university degree in a related field (preferred), history of success through increasing levels of responsibility, exceptional planning and organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to partner with other teams to achieve goals, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate technical issues effectively to team members in other departments, commitment to staying informed about current knowledge and developments in their area of expertise, and motivation to acquire new skills to stay up-to-date.
