Project Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various internal and external projects, building engagement strategies, and scaling community-driven initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of customer success principles, and experience working with startups and innovation ecosystems. You will be a key member of our team, collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop and launch new customer success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure successful delivery of projects agreed upon with partners and members.
  • Nurture partnerships, executing projects associated with these partnerships to foster partner retention and growth.
  • Cultivate and expand the existing community to enhance the growth of membership base.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each startup's unique needs, challenges, and goals, providing tailored advice and resources.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering and relaying feedback to internal teams to enhance the platform and offerings.
