Export Logistics Specialist

As an Export Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the export process of scrap metal. This involves scheduling and managing export requirements, including documentation and customs clearance.
The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. They should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate export requirements, including EDN and PRA lodgements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless cargo movements.
- Maintain accurate records and up-to-date information on the Export Board spreadsheet.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

- Demonstrate strong data entry and coordination skills.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and work independently.
- Exercise excellent time management, planning, and organisational abilities.
- Apply solid literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Show self-motivation, integrity, and resourcefulness.
- Display outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
