Job Role:

As a seasoned logistics expert, this pivotal position involves orchestrating import and export logistics across the globe, ensuring seamless compliance and efficiency in every shipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate global freight movements, adhering to customs regulations and industry standards.
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including freight forwarders, customs authorities, and transport companies, to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and service providers, fostering collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements related to export-import operations, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in an export/logistics role within a medium to large organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (desired).
- Proficiency in SAP and Ozdocs Export Software, with intermediate or higher skills in Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international trade procedures, with experience in handling complex documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural communication and adaptability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to accommodate changing priorities.
