- Manage Export Workflow: Manage the full export workflow—from customer service to shipment departure—aligned with management directives, client instructions, and compliance standards.
- Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve export-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Management: Accurately enter data into CargoWise One and manage financial aspects such as invoicing.
- Process Improvement: Support process improvements and monitor operational efficiency.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea).
- CargoWise One and Microsoft Office: Proficiency in CargoWise One and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and resolve challenges.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data and documentation effectively.
