Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Export Logistics Coordinator to manage both Air and Sea Export activities, ensuring smooth movement of consignments from origin to destination.

As an Export Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with a team of Export specialists to deliver accurate, high-quality service to our clients.
  • Managing the full export workflow—from customer service to shipment departure—aligned with management directives, client instructions, and compliance standards.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving export-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accurately entering data into CargoWise One and managing financial aspects such as invoicing.
  • Supporting process improvements and monitoring operational efficiency.
  • Assisting the Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily tasks and special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea).
  • Proficiency in CargoWise One and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and resolve challenges.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • A confident, resilient, and proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data and documentation effectively.
