Export Coordinator Job Summary:

This exceptional role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with export documentation, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and process export orders.
The Position:
- Prepare export documentation according to individual customer and country requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to process export orders and schedule vessels.
- Evaluate customer accounts for credit limits and ensure they are cleared prior to loading.
- Create EDN's and PRA's, process Letters of Credit, and reconcile freight invoices.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding shipping arrival times and vessel transit delays.
- Maintain accurate data and customer profiles to ensure documentation and shipment meets changing customer/import country requirements.
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and shipping providers.
About You:
- A minimum of two years solid and proven export logistics experience.
- Experience dealing with and processing Letters of Credit.
- Extensive understanding of export documentation and incoterms.
- Analytical and problem-solving approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- A growth mindset, willingness to learn and develop, and potentially become a leader in the future.
