The Opportunity
We're seeking a Export Operator who's ready to bring their skills to a flexible, supportive work environment, perfect for someone looking to step up from a junior role into a fully fledged role from start to finish.
This hands-on role will involve managing day-to-day export operations, quoting clients and agents, and supporting warehouse activities. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, compliance, and communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle export operations, from pre-shipment to final delivery
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, and internal teams
- Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues
- Prepare and send quotes to clients and agents for export services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide excellent service to clients and partners throughout the export process
- Assist with warehouse tasks including labelling, packing, and basic inventory handling
About You:
- Experience in export/logistics operations (ideally 2+ years)
- Strong understanding of customs, freight, and compliance procedures
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and making informed decisions
- Professional, reliable, and confident communicator
- Willingness to assist with hands-on warehouse tasks when needed
