Finance Professional for Payroll Accounting

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Accountant to support our finance team in managing payroll-related general ledger entries and reconciliations, preparing and processing intercompany journals, ensuring timely and compliant payroll tax and superannuation payments, overseeing vendor payments related to payroll activities, supporting period-end processes and reporting, and helping streamline payroll-related processes and documentation.
Responsibilities- Manage payroll-related general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare and process intercompany journals.
- Ensure timely and compliant payroll tax and superannuation payments.
- Oversee vendor payments related to payroll activities.
- Support period-end processes and reporting.
- Help streamline payroll-related processes and documentation.
- Solid payroll accounting experience from GLs to tax and compliance.
- Confidence working with high-volume data and multiple systems.
- Understanding of superannuation, payroll tax and intercompany accounting.
- Experience in FMCG, large corporate or fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.
