Payroll and Finance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a Payroll and Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Process payroll, including time and attendance management, superannuation, PAYG, Workcover, and Payroll Tax.
- Financial Reporting: Reconcile balance sheet accounts, manage inter-company transactions, and prepare financial documents such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment conditions and entitlements, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and end-to-end operations.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Excellent data entry skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Working closely with the finance team to ensure legal and financial compliance.
