
Accounts and Payroll Finance Manager

The Accounts and Payroll Finance Manager is a highly sought-after role that involves leading the financial operations of a dynamic organization. This position requires a skilled professional who can manage and optimize accounts payable and payroll functions, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including processing invoices and obtaining approvals.
- Process monthly payroll for multiple locations, ensuring accurate recording in the finance system and collaborating with external providers.
- Monitor bank balances and daily cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient funds are available for payment needs.
- Assist in preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and GST returns.
- Raise sales invoices and ensure timely receipt of payments.
- Previous experience working in an accounts payable team and/or payroll department.
- Solid organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with accounting and payroll systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
