Payroll Accounting Lead

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Payroll Accounting Lead. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end payroll transactions are compliant with statutory, accounting, and financial standards.
About the RoleThis position requires a high degree of technical expertise in payroll accounting, as well as strong leadership skills to drive continuous improvement and automation in payroll processes across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities- Own and deliver complex payroll-related balance sheet reconciliations across multiple data sources.
- Provide expert accounting support for payroll systems and interfaces.
- Act as the primary liaison between finance and payroll teams globally.
- Lead month-end close activities, ensuring accurate reporting of employee costs and statutory payments.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation in payroll accounting processes.
- A deep understanding of technical accounting principles and payroll regulations.
- Experience working with large data sets and complex systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for process improvement and innovation.
