Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service focus, approaching your job with the guests always in mind.
- Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve beverages and food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction.
- Bar Maintenance: Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis, including requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, and stirrers.
- Inventory Management: Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
- Cash Handling: Input orders into the register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest, including those served by other beverage servers, to maintain accountability of all beverages served.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other Team Members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in the local language.
- Flexibility: Flexible, reliable, and responsive to a range of work situations.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, including mixing of drinks and food hygiene experience.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
